40-DAY POLICY
We can only hold your garments for a maximum period of 40 days. After this period, a surcharge of 50% of the total service cost will be applied due to storage expenses. If the garments are not picked up within 6 months, Carmen Tailor is expressly authorized by the customer to freely dispose of them to third parties, whether individuals or legal entities, without any liability to us.
RUSH SERVICE POLICY
Rush services are available for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the work and our availability. Please inquire for exact pricing.
CLEAN POLICY BEFORE ALTERATION
Garments Must Be Clean for Alterations, all garments must be brought in clean for alterations. If a garment is soiled, has strong odors, or is covered in excessive pet hair, we charge you an additional cleaning fee before proceeding.
SENIORS' DISCOUNT
The senior discount is available only on Mondays and is applicable only for individuals 65 years and older. The discount applies exclusively to personal clothing and cannot be used for clothing of others. Additionally, it cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
REQUIRED DEPOSITE FOR SERVICE
A deposit of at least 50% of the total service cost is required when leaving garments for alterations or dry cleaning.
NO REFUND ONLY STORE CREDIT.
Carmen Tailor does not issue refunds for canceled or modified services. Instead, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid for the canceled items will be offered for future services.
